A mother from New York jumped off Niagara Falls with her two young children, including a five-month-old baby. Reports confirm all three were found dead, according to police.
Chianti Means climbed over the guardrail at Luna Island, a popular overlook with a 200-foot drop, on Monday night. Authorities believe the plunge was intentional and are investigating claims that she may have forced her children to jump first.
As of Wednesday, rescuers had not located any bodies. Means, a domestic violence counselor, graduated from a nearby school, and friends have begun paying tribute to her on social media. One friend expressed devastation, noting how deeply tragic it was for the family to learn of the incident through the news and lamenting the loss of Means and her children.
